What the upgrade actually gives you

Once CarPlay or Android Auto is running, your dash becomes an extension of your phone. Maps come up full screen with live traffic, messages get read out loud, and Spotify, Apple Music or podcasts are one tap away. Everything runs through the vehicle speakers, so calls stay clear and your hands stay on the wheel. If your car came with a screen from the factory, we work with it wherever possible so the cabin still looks exactly the way the manufacturer intended.

  • Full screen navigation with live Ottawa traffic
  • Hands free calling through the factory microphone
  • Siri and Google Assistant on the steering wheel button
  • Album art, podcasts and audiobooks on the main display

How we do it without butchering your dash

We never cut factory harnesses. Every install uses vehicle specific plug and play interfaces, soldered and heat shrunk connections where a splice is unavoidable, and proper loom to keep everything quiet over Ottawa winter roads. Panels come off with trim tools, clips get replaced if they are brittle, and the car is reassembled to the same torque and fit it left the factory with.

Wireless or wired, and which one suits you

Wireless is the favourite for short trips and daily commuting because the phone connects the moment you start the car. Wired holds a slightly more stable connection for long highway drives and keeps the phone charging the whole time. Most of the systems we fit support both, so you can pick per trip. We will walk you through the difference before we order anything.

Vehicles we cover

We handle domestic, Japanese and European vehicles, from a work truck with a basic radio through to a late model Mercedes-Benz or Porsche with a locked down infotainment stack. Older cars usually get a purpose built head unit, newer cars usually get an integration module hidden behind the dash. Send us your year, make, model and trim and we will confirm the exact path.
